Like Big Foot and the Loch Ness Monster, predictive marketing has become the subject of many seemingly implausible stories. Maybe you have heard rumors that predictive marketing is like a crystal ball. Or what about the old wives’ tale that predictive vendors can predict your exact next customer, when they will buy, and how much they will buy.
